Organization: GHT Junior Chamber (环球英杰青商会) (“GHT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the GHT Social Network Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Platform.
These Terms apply to all registered members of the GHT Junior Chamber who are granted access to the Platform.

2. Membership Eligibility

Access to this Platform is exclusive to verified GHT Junior Chamber members only.
Members must provide accurate information during registration and keep their profile information up to date.
GHT reserves the right to verify membership status and suspend or remove access at any time.

3. Purpose of the Platform

The Platform is created to promote business networking, professional collaboration, and knowledge sharing among GHT members.
It is not a public platform and must be used responsibly and respectfully in accordance with GHT’s mission and values.

4. Member Responsibilities

All members agree to:

Use the Platform for lawful and professional purposes only.
Respect other members’ privacy, opinions, and intellectual property.
Not post or share any content that is defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, misleading, or illegal.
Not engage in spam, harassment, or solicitation outside the intended business-sharing purpose.
Not impersonate other members or misuse GHT’s name, logo, or reputation.

5. Content Ownership

Members retain ownership of the content they post but grant GHT a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share such content within the Platform.
Members are responsible for ensuring that all shared content does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other legal rights.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

GHT respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Personal and business information shared on the Platform will not be sold or disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Members are reminded to exercise discretion when sharing sensitive or confidential information.

7. Platform Management

GHT reserves the right to monitor activity on the Platform to ensure compliance with these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform at any time without prior notice for maintenance, security, or policy violations.
GHT is not responsible for any business transactions, agreements, or disputes arising between members.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.”
GHT and its representatives are not liable for:

Any damages or losses arising from the use of the Platform;
The accuracy or reliability of member-shared content;
Any unauthorized access or technical interruptions.

Members use the Platform at their own discretion and risk.

9. Amendments

GHT may update or revise these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
