GHT 以「联盟制」方式运作， 所有活动与计划皆以共建共担为原则： 不设固定会费，以项目支持或资源协作为主； 鼓励以时间、经验、人脉、行动参与其中； 让每一位伙伴都能在付出与成长中， 感受真正的「共同体精神」

GHT operates through an “alliance-based” model,where all activities and initiatives follow the principle of co-building and co-responsibility:

-No fixed membership fees — participation is based mainly on project support or resource collaboration;

-Members are encouraged to contribute time, experience, networks, and actions;

Allowing every partner to experience true “community spirit”through contribution and personal growth.
