As an Advocate of Chinese Community Fellowship & Charity Affairs, Dr Cy Lee has been an active leader in cultural and philanthropic development, devoted to strengthening social unity, cultural heritage, and community welfare. Guided by the philosophy of “Unity, Heritage, and Shared Prosperity,” he consistently promotes cultural and social initiatives that bring innovation and compassion to society.
As a Key Representative in Cultural & Philanthropic Activities, Dr Lee has served in various leadership roles across community and charitable organizations, bridging corporate resources with social causes to foster inclusive and sustainable growth.
As the Founder of Worldhub Technology Sdn. Bhd., he leads collaborations with major universities in the field of intelligent technology innovation, including:
Multimedia University (MMU) — Smart Classroom AI Teaching System.
Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) — Intelligent Power Meter Communication Control System.
Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) — Fisheries Smart Sensor Monitoring System.

The First Decade Jason began his career in the traditional banking sector, specializing in personal, housing, and commercial loans. With sharp financial insight and strong problem-solving skills, he successfully helped numerous clients overcome complex funding challenges — earning him the industry nickname, “The Financial Doctor.”
The Next Five Years Embracing the wave of digital transformation and the rise of capital markets, he transitioned into short-term trading and practical market analysis. During this period, he also obtained his Certified & Licensed Unit Trust Consultant certification, expanding his expertise into wealth management and investment advisory. This evolution allowed him to develop a more comprehensive and strategic perspective on financial services.
Today Jason is the founder and managing director of FinCap Holding, focusing on financial lending and capital services. His mission is to provide individuals and businesses with efficient, compliant, and innovative financial solutions — bridging finance and industry to drive sustainable economic growth.
